Payment options:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, and PayPal. World MultiSport's website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for payment processing. All payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure our customer's privacy. Customers must submit the correct billing address for their credit card when ordering items on the website. First time customers (except military customers) must have items shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Orders will not be fulfilled if the billing address does not match the one on file at the credit card's bank. Orders will be voided if we do not receive the correct billing information of the credit card within two days of the order. Order completion means you have read, understood and comply with all of World MultiSport's policies. As always, we have the right to refuse any order.
Pricing policies:
We are not responsible for typographical errors and all prices are subject to change. World MultiSport does not offer price matching. Monthly specials are limited to quantity on hand.
SHIPPING
All in-stock nutrition orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide accurate shipping and email address on your order. Custom printed/decorated gear and promotional items are shipped as soon as they are complete - as soon as we have an expected ship date will notify you by email. If a logo or other artwork is required for a custom order, the order will not go into production until the artwork is approved by all affected parties.
Shipping policies:
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders are not shipped until all items on the order are in stock unless indicated otherwise on your order. Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. The website does not display inventory. Items shipping to a post office box or military address must be sent via USPS. If you choose the wrong shipping method you must pay the additional fees before your order is sent out. Please remember that UPS may require a signature on deliveries. Someone might need to be available to sign for the package. Items that are returned because of three failed delivery attempts will be incurred a $10 penalty in addition to the shipping charges. Items that are shipped to the wrong address (when it is the customer's fault) will also be charged a $10 penalty. Items that are refused will be charged a $10 penalty. Please remember that weekends are not included in estimated shipping times.
Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Priority mail unless specified otherwise. This service takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you are in. UPS will provide you access to order status and tracking information. Shipping to a Post Office box may require additional insurance, this will be added to your to shipping charges. All changes in shipping will be updated on your order.
UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and 3 day select are available. Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order and UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days. Average cost for next day air is $24.99 up to 2 lbs. Average cost for 2nd day air is $17.99 up to 3 lbs. Average cost for 3 day select is $11.99 up to 3 lbs. If your order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees will be added to your shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be adjusted based on your location and weight of package.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
We ship all orders outside the US by U. S. Post Office Priority mail. This is the standard shipping method. It is a flat rate of $29.95. If you want a different method let us know in the comments section or email us. Other methods can be very expensive. Shipping and handling costs may be added to the order during processing. Orders are usually shipped US Post Office unless otherwise requested. If you need to know shipping cost prior to our processing please email us. Please make sure your email address is correct. World MultiSport cannot track US Air and Surface shipments. We also cannot guarantee delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given on lost or damaged shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to know your country's policies on importing products. If a product is returned to World MultiSport by your country, we will refund the cost of the product as long as it is not damaged, but not the cost of the shipping. Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can extend beyond 8 weeks. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes due on shipments. If a customer refuses to take delivery on an order they are still responsible for all charges incurred from the order. World MultiSport reserves the right not to ship to a particular country due to custom laws and regulations. We also may ask for extra information to verify you are the credit card holder. This is for your own protection.
When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the same or next day. If we use UPS, you will get an email from UPS and one from us when your order ships. If your item is on back order, it will be shipped in 2-3 days. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email immediately.
Do I get a tracking number from UPS?
Yes. When we process your order, you automatically get a tracking number emailed to you from UPS to see the progress of your order. We need an accurate email to get this to you.
If I order "UPS NEXT DAY AIR" when will it arrive?
That depends on when you place the order. If you order the product late Friday night, then we will ship it Monday. You should then receive it Tuesday. If you order it early Wednesday morning we will ship it Wednesday and you should get it Thursday. If we are backordered on something you want next day air, we will notify you by email and give you the option of waiting and still using next day air or changing to ground shipping. We try to get your order out ASAP.
How much is shipping?
Most items go ground UPS in the continental US at a rate based on weight and location. Our policy is that we will ship your products as you order them. If the weight is higher, we may have to charge more for shipping. The cost then will depend on the weight of your order. If it is too high we will email you first.
How do you bill my credit card?
It will show up as World MultiSport LLC.
What about international orders?
We do ship international. You have two shipping options, USPS and UPS. See above for details. We will charge your credit card a "TEST" amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will process your order. If the weight is high it may cost more
What about customs in my country?
It is impossible for us to know every countries customs policies. It is up to YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted into your country. We cannot refund an order if it is taken by your country. If it is returned to us we will then issue a refund following our posted return policies.
How do you ship to the military?
We use the U. S. Post Office. They get it to the military and they take it from there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military.
Returns and Lost/Damaged Items policies:
Sports Nutrition items may be returned within 14 days upon receipt provided they are unused and unopened. No exceptions will be made. We will issue a refund for returned items, less shipping charges. Most electronic components and training gear come with a 30-day return policy. For open or defective items please contact us immediately. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor.
To return an item, send us an email at info@worldMultiSport.com and we will issue a return authorization (RMA) number. We do not honor other company's money-back guarantees. Customers must email us and receive confirmation in the form of RMA # before returning items. The RMA# must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned box. If an item is damaged or a shipment is lost, it can take up to 8 business days until we receive an approval from UPS. Packages are insured up to $100 by UPS. That is the maximum refund we offer on lost or damaged packages. If you wish to have additional insurance please email us with your order. We can not issue a credit or send a replacement until receiving a confirmation from UPS.
Damages and Shortages: Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to World MultiSport within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.
